What is free and what do I pay for?
Well, some cool stuff is free so go ahead and take advantage of it! Storing your media is free and there is currently no limit to storage size. This includes videos, audio, images and campaign templates. You can upload files and manage them in your library so you always know they are available in your account. We currently don't delete files so you know they are safe. Campaign templates are created in your studio and can be used re-used any time if you have corporate campaign guidelines, or even if you use a certain type of campaign frequently.
Do I need to enter a credit card to create an account?
Nope. We're wash and wear, pay-as-you-go, no long term commitments and all that jazz. Since our simplified billing model is a per-campaign cost, you only pay for a campaign when you launch it. Even if it takes you 3 months to finalize it. This gives you the flexibility to work on your own schedule, and only pay for what you use.
Which channels do you support for social sharing?
We support all the major social sharing options which include Facebook like, Facebook post to wall, Twitter, LinkedIn, FriendFeed, GooglePlus, Pinterest, Email link, and the ability to send you a direct feedback email to an address you specify, all within any campaign. You have the option of adding all these great share options in a footer of your campaign, or in the main campaign window.
Can I let other people (users or 3rd parties) embed my campaign? Do you track this?
Heck yes. If you decide to let anyone embed your campaign, we track all the analytics from every embedded URL. So even though you may not know it's been shared via an embed on a blog or website or other 3rd party service that picks up your campaign, we'll deliver all the critical data right in your dashboard for all sites. With other solutions, you're limited to knowing where your campaign may be embedded or scouring the web or paying for a service. We do all that for you. Whether you intentionally embedded the same campaign on three sites to compare performance or not, we've got you covered to make the important decisions on the best sites for customer conversion.
What performance metrics do you capture for each campaign?
While we capture more extensive details, here is a quick view of what is captured for each campaign. Note also that we have customized filters that allow you to search for performance on various campaign criteria such as impression, click, participant, share and other metrics to customize the data you need.
Captured User Analytics:
Campaign name, Campaign type (sweepstakes, contest, etc.), Campaign status, Start and end date, Hosted/embedded URL, Site IP address, Unique Impressions, Total impressions, Average time spent by user on your campaign, Total Clicks, Unique clicks (and the URL and channel), Field label (email address, zip code, etc. as specified), Total participants, Unique participants, Total shares, Field responses (such as form inputs), Comments, Likes, Input comments (feedback), Total embeds, Embeds by channels, Custom field data (what you specified such as form inputs), Share URL, Share type (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.and count by each), Participant ID (for example a user uploads a photo for a contest, you access their photo in the dashboard so you know "firstname.lastname@example.org submitted that file), Browser used, Device used, OS used, Customer locale (US, Spain, Japan, etc.), and Time and date stamp of the actions.
Additional Campaign Details:
Campaign name, start date, end date, end instructions, whether a campaign is in a referring group of scheduled campaigns, the sequence of campaigns in a series, the billing plan type, transaction history of each campaign, charges billed and the cardholder nickname (not the card #),
Yes. Naturally your goal is to have others spread the word for you and to convert as many users as possible to meet your campaign goals. Our platform tells you exactly what happens and where, so you can easily track the performance of all sites, even if you don't know that someone shared or embedded your campaign. You don't need to install any special files or use any third party services, we automatically do all this for you.
Do I have to know any code or have access to a developer to create, launch or manage a campaign?
Definitely not and here's where we differ. If you know how to use word, you've mastered creating a campaign. Once you're done, you embed the campaign code and let us do the rest. Even if you want to make a change to optimize your campaign, just log into your account, change the campaign and re-launch it. All your changes automatically appear on the web anywhere the code is embedded! We'll then start tracking the data from your updated campaign. Cool, huh?
I already access Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social sites to view and download campaign data. What's the difference in using your dashboard?
We know how time consuming to log into all the social and analytic sites to get your data, download all of it then sort it by campaign. If you're an agency or handle several campaigns, this in itself can be a full time job. We've made it easy for you to see all your campaign data in your dashboard and better yet, have powerful data filters that let you find exactly what you're looking for. You can slice your data by campaign, performance, number of clicks, participants and much more. Then just download to a handy excel file and you're done!
